Key Ingredients

EMOGREEN™ L19 (C15-19 Alkane (Plant-based & Renewable) a non polar and biodegradable, bio-sourced emollient. It’s THE alternative to silicone oils. This high purity vegetable alkane is conformed to Cosmos and Natrue. It gives a fresh and gliding touch, with a soft afterfeel. Inert and stable.

FLUIDIFEEL™ EASY (Lauryl Glucoside - Myristyl Glucoside - Polyglyceryl-6 Laurate), emulsifies and stabilizes the formula, it provides a “nude” skin feel. O/W glycolipidic emulsifier processable at room temperature.

SEPINOV™ WEO (Hydroxyethyl Acrylate/Sodium Acryloyldimethyl Taurate Copolymer) pre-neutralized powder polymeric thickener on a wide pH range (3-12) and compatible with Ethylene Oxide free formulas. It has good resistance to electrolytes and imparts a light, satin-like skin feel.

DUB ININ* the ester with and incredibly silky skin feel. (Isononyl Isononanoate) Non sticky, non-greasy, it improves the spreadability of the formulas and gives a distinctive silky skin feel. It also has good hydration power resulting in improved cutaneous comfort. The skin is supple and non-shiny and the product absorbs quickly.

DUB LAHE* (Hexyl laurate) is used for its unique light skin feel and hydrating boosting capabilities. A 1:1 replacement for isohexadecane.

DUB SSIC* (Isocetyl Stearoyl Stearate) is a superior universal dispersing agent with cushiony and long-lasting skin feel. Ideal for color cosmetic formulations. It is especially suited for lip product formulations as it is odorless and tasteless. DUB SSIC can also be used in other applications for its unique sensorial properties.


Laboratory scale - 300 g - Agitation tool

Combine phase B and mix for 15 minutes at 50-60 rpm with U-shape blade. Combine phase A and mix well. Increase the mixing speed of phase B to 170 - 180 rpm and slowly add phase A into phase B (via pipette). After phase A addition, reduce speed to 100 rpm and mix for 15 minutes. Transfer the batch to a deflocculator (Ross) and turn it on to create a vortex. Add phase C to phase AB and mix until all the polymer is completely swell (~10 minutes). Check and adjust to pH 5.5 - 6.5.
